Gorrill Palmer has been working closely with the project team for the redevelopment of the Cliff House Resort & Spa in Cape Neddick, Maine. The Cliff House is a resort that permitted a Master Plan in 2000 to modernize the facility into one of the premier resorts in Maine. Gorrill Palmer was originally hired to prepare the traffic study for the original Master Plan working with the architect.
In 2014, a new ownership group purchased the property and retained Gorrill Palmer to prepare an updated traffic study, site design and lead the permitting effort. Recently, the Planning Board approved the amended Site Plan, allowing the interior renovations to commence on two of the structures, with an intent to re-open those wings for the 2016 season while two new wings are constructed.
Gorrill Palmer is excited to be a part of this redevelopment.
