Cliff House named as one of The 10 Most Beautiful Cliffside Hotels In the World

Congratulations to Maine’s Cliff House for making Jetsetter Magazine’s top ten list of the most beautiful cliffside hotels—in the world. This 144-year-old hotel’s spectacular location—70 acres on Bald Head Cliff in Cape Neddick, Maine—is a New England landmark.

Gorrill Palmer became involved with the hotel’s owners and developers almost 20 years ago when the idea of improvements began. The renovation project got underway in 2015 and included a 9,000 sf spa, infinity pools, event space, oceanfront dining, and amenities. Gorrill Palmer led the permitting effort, site design and update of the traffic study.
