Significant Project Opens

The final phase of the Cliff House Maine expansion will open this month. The historic resort is located on 70 oceanfront acres atop Bald Head Cliff in Cape Neddick. The renovation project began in 2015 and included a 9,000 sf spa, infinity pools, event space, oceanfront dining, and amenities which capture the best of Maine.

Gorrill Palmer has been working with the owners and developers of the project since the idea of improvements were in the earliest stages nearly two decades ago. Gorrill Palmer has enjoyed working with the project team- leading the permitting effort, site design and updating the traffic study.
